How long does it take to make my purchase?

Please allow, at most, 14 days for your item to be made and shipped. Each product ordered is cut, stitched, and dyed by hand as ordered. The 14 day timespan allows your order to be carefully produced in house. If you have any questions regarding your recent purchase, feel free to contact us here at Made In Rye. 

What type of leather do you use? 

Our leather products are made using a natural vegetable tanned hide. Each hide is typically picked out by hand here in NYC to ensure quality. The thickness and weight is varies depending on the product but we usually use a heavy 3-4 oz. 

What shipping method do you use?

All of our products are shipped via the United States Postal Service as First Class Mail. Each shipment includes a tracking number that will be provided to you via email once your order has shipped. 

Are custom options available? 

One of the beauties of handmade is that all products are customizable. We do offer many different options on our leather products. If you have a design or style in mind, please feel free to contact us! 

Is Made In Rye available at other shops? 

Yes, Made In Rye is available at a hand full of other stores around the United States. If you are a shop owner and interested in wholesale information, please send us an email and we would gladly send you over a line sheet.
